I purchased a 14x36 custom shed. Everything was ala cart.
There were many many problems between what was told to us by sales and what we eventually got from production. There was a ton of misinformation that would have killed the sale. So they are very good with bait and switch. Right out of the shoot there was major problems with install and they would not let the. Few stay to finish the job or come back the next day- items that would kill an inspection like required Huricane straps at the roof beam and improper hangers for an exterior lintel that did not fit and had to be modified which negated them being to install the door because it did not fit. We could not get them back to finish the shed and had to buy a custom door after market. Right off the bat we had major problems with their foundation piers and the interior walls have major leaks when it rains. It took 3 months of hell with both Tuff Shed- who refuses to return any calls for repairs- and we went all the way to the top. And another two months for Home Depot to get them back and we had to go to the top with home depot and threaten law suit. And that was just to get them to address the foundation issues (for which we paid extra for). They have refused to address the roof leaks.
Needless to say Do NOT DO BUSINESS with this company with or without HD. It is NOT a REPUTABLE Company.
